Put a number on the leak

Two calculators, free to use, nothing gated. Every output is a clearly labeled model, order-of-magnitude, built on published research bands, not a measurement of your business. When the number is big enough to matter, measuring it for real is the next step.

Calculator 01

What slow lead response is costing you

Lead-response research consistently shows the odds of contacting and qualifying a lead collapse as minutes turn into hours and days. This models the gap between your current response time and answering within the hour.

,
Revenue at within-the-hour response,
Modeled revenue at your response time,
Reachability factor applied,
How this is modeled: your close rate is scaled by a reachability factor for each response-time bucket, with a ±25% band for honesty. The factors reflect the direction and rough magnitude of published lead-response studies, your true decay curve depends on your market and is measurable. This is an illustration, not a promise.
Calculator 02

What your form’s extra fields are worth

Every field past the minimum sheds a slice of the people who intended to contact you. This models cutting your form down to four fields, the practical floor for responding to a lead.
Deal value × close rate. If a lead is worth $2,500 and you close 20%, use $500.
Illustrative monthly revenue left in the form
,
Current form conversion,
Modeled conversion at 4 fields,
Added submissions / month,
How this is modeled: each field above four is assigned a 3–7% relative conversion cost, compounded, the band CRO literature most often lands in. Real lift depends on which fields go and is only knowable by testing. If you already convert above ~30% of form viewers, extra fields may not be your leak. Illustration, not a measurement.

A calculator models it. The audit finds it.

The free leak audit scans your actual site (live speed score included) and ranks your three biggest likely leaks. Two minutes, and the model gets a lot less hypothetical.
